A solution design cycle for each mapped user goal
In Be Agile, the solution design is guided by the mapped user goals. This means that, at the end of a cycle, we have an user goal with its task flow well defined, prototyped and well validated. The validation with key users of the proposed solution is fundamental to give more security to the team that they are on the right path.

Similar to the solution design cycle, the development cycles in Be Agile are also guided by user goals. Therefore, at the end of a cycle, we deliver real value with something that can already be used. In addition, our cycles have no standardized duration and may vary according to the size of the goal.
